Prophetess Dr. Cameisha Byfield, D.Min. is an international minister, pastor, preacher, author, intercessor, deliverance minister, and Kingdom leader who has answered the call to ministry for over ten years. She is the Founder and Co-Pastor of Ministry In The Word Outreach International in Gainesville, Florida, where she serves alongside her husband, Bishop Elect Owen Byfield, who serves as Overseer. Dr. Cameisha is the Founder of Operation Exit, which serves as an outreach arm of Ministry In The Word Outreach International. Born from her testimony of domestic violence and rejection, Operation Exit is a global outreach movement dedicated to bringing healing, restoration, deliverance, and identity to victims and survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and rejection, while also supporting families and children in need
Through Operation Exit, Dr. Cameisha and her team have ministered across Jamaica, the Bahamas, the United States, and Canada, taking the message of healing, freedom, restoration, and deliverance beyond the walls of the local church. The outreach has included international gatherings and ministry initiatives in Jamaica, the Bahamas, Gainesville, Florida, and Canada.

Operation Exit has also extended its mission to children and families. Ministry In The Word has given back to children in Jamaica through its Back-to-School outreach for two consecutive years, providing school supplies and practical support to help children prepare for the school year. The ministry's history records its first annual Back-to-School Giveaway in Jamaica in July 2025.

Dr. Cameisha lives by this conviction: “God has delivered me and brought me too far for me not to do the work He has sent me to do.”
